Aiden took his first train ride to the big city of Salt Lake last night. Eric's mom is visiting right now so the four of us took a trip downtown to meet a friend of mine for dinner. The lights and sounds were pretty intriguing to him so much that he worked up an appetite 10 mins before it was time to depart the train :)
Today is Aiden's one month birthday. I can't believe it's been one month already. He's already grown so much and he's more alert everyday. We've been having lots of tummy time and on Friday he actually rolled over on his own. I thought I was crazy but then he did it again yesterday TWICE and on top of that he went each way. I'm in disbelief so I made sure to get it on video today because I knew noone would believe me! HAHA He was yelling at me the whole time but he did it!
Aiden had his first boating adventure today. We took him to pineview for the day. I was a nervous wreck but we ended up having a really nice time. Aiden slept quite a bit and we got to relax and enjoy the weather. Thank goodness for the cabin because when we put him in his life jacket I thought he looked like a baby sumo wrestler :)
Happy Father's Day to all the Daddy's out there!! Eric had a nice Father's Day weekend although I felt bad because he did the cooking today. Although, I'm glad he did because we had some yummy yummy ribs. We had a few friends over and the weather was great so we spent the day in the backyard with pool and the sunshine.
I can't believe our little man is 3 weeks old already. I swear the last few weeks have flown by. He's filling out so much, I swear his cheeks get bigger everyday :)
I thought I'd share with you the professional pics we had taken at Target last week. On his one week birthday my mom and I took Aiden to Target for his first photo shoot. We had so much fun and the pics turned out SOOOO cute! I've uploaded the pics to the Aiden 1 Week photo album if you want to take a look.
